Welcome to Paint (“we”, “us”, “our”). Paint operates this website and online store, offering apparel products including hoodies and zip-up garments (the “Products”). The website and services are hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our Products to you (the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it. Accounts may not be transferred or used by another person.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

We sell hoodies and zip-up apparel only.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary due to device display differences, lighting, or manufacturing tolerances. Product images are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or verification issues.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once accepted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise.

You agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • All billing information is accurate

  • You are responsible for all charges incurred

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions:
We will replace an item only if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It is defective

  • The wrong item is delivered

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if replacement is not possible.

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, and product graphics, is owned by Paint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Paint is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Paint. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Paint. You release Shopify from any related claims.
